I am learning new things at every shoot. First how to deal with silly boys. Then this past weekend the poopy baby. And this session a child over 5! Most of the kids I photograph are under the age of 5. So I kinda am just running around them and just watching them. The older they get the more they know my presence and it is a little harder for me to get the natural style I usually try to present in my work.
Miss. A definately knew I was there and was always ready with a smile and pose! Her and her mom drove 2 hours to see me! Her mom wanted dance recital pictures done of her daughter. Miss A was the sweetest thang with the cutest dimples. Sassy and full of spunk. She kept bustin’ out moves all over the place at her session. After their session she invited me to dinner with her and her mom before their drive home. So sweet! The best part was when she was teaching her mom dance moves in the parking lot! ………..and one…..and two……three….four……Jazz hands!
