Do you ever feel like screaming really LOUD??

Do you ever feel so overwhelmed you just want to scream?? Like there is a knot in your throat? A knot that is there and in your stomach which makes it hard to even eat sometimes?? Uggh! I get anxiety and feel on edge sometimes when I am feeling the pile of sh*t to do it just getting bigger!!! How do people do it without losing it?? I am so feeling it right now. I just got back from my friend’s beautiful wedding in San Diego. I wish I could still be there! And while I was gone no one cleaned the house, fixed my dishwasher or windsheild, paid my bills, returned phone calls and emails for me ……..Back to the grind. So need a Rocky Point lazy vacay, but without the swine flu please. So you ask then why are you blogging?? Isn’t that one more thing to do on your list that really doesn’t need to be done?? I ask myself this all the time. But actually blogging is very therapeutic. At least for me. I get to vent and have no husband, friend, sister, stranger, or 4 year old to say anything back!! I write what is on my mind. Then whew! ……..Feel refreshed and ready to go!
