I got the amazing opportunity to second shoot with fellow Valley photographer Cristi Owen in November. She is the cutest little thing with an even cuter little accent. She is an amazing photographer and I was super stoked (yet super nervous) when she asked me to shoot with her. So happy I tagged along. Cristi is awesome and her couple was even awesomer! Yes. I know. I said awesomer.
We started the day of course primping. I loved the room where the bride chose to get ready. Lots of space and windows allowing for lots of natural light. As a photographer and makeup artist myself, I can tell you this is a super huge bonus!! This is Celestial working her magic……
We then traveled to the ceremony grounds. A & E chose to do a First Look. I love that.
E chose to give his guys cologne as gifts. I love these shots I got of them.

In between Cristi shooting the group shots, I caught some special intimate moments between them…

Next we arrived at the reception site which was absolutely breathtaking. A private residence at the top of a mountain. Gorgeous views. I got to ride in the limo with the bride and groom. And since it was a narrow road leading to the home that I think may have been in a cul-de-sac? So he went up the hill backwards!! I love these shot of the couple. They were laughing and having fun the whole time……

The details, decor, and food were all amazing!
And lastly one of my favorite images from the wedding. I was so lucky to be in the right place at the right time to catch this moment with the couple and father of the bride. I am not a big crier myself but I caught myself doing so when taking this shot. I had trouble keeping the camera still!! I lose it when other people cry…..and this was so sweet.
